How can I get in touch with Rival?

How much will I pay for deliveries?

Our costs are very reasonable, all shipping options can be found on our delivery Tab

How should I wash my garments?

We recommend washing all Rival clothing at a temperature of 30 degrees and to iron inside out. Never tumble dry

Can I place an order over the phone?

We currently only take orders online.

How should I pay for my order?

Once you've selected your purchases simply follow the on-screen instructions, you'll be done in about a minute. We use the Shopify platform so all credit card information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All details can be found on our privacy policy at the bottom of the home page

When will my order be delivered?

Majority of orders placed before 12pm are dispatched within 4 business days, International order are advised at 5-7 business days.



What is your returns policy?

We’ll accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the UK and within 21 days of delivery for International returns.

Will I have to pay import duty/charges?

Not if you’re in the UK. Outside of the UK local taxes may apply

Can somebody else sign for my order?

Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

What happens if I’m out when you try to deliver?

The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. The card will tell you how to collect or rearrange delivery of your parcel.

Is it safe to order online?

Rival takes security very seriously. We use the latest technologies available to us.

When will I be charged for my order?

Once you’ve completed your order you’ll be asked to make payment. This is a very simple procedure and once you’ve paid you’ll receive an email from us confirming we’ve received your order and payment.
